Exchange & Refund Policy
Returns and exchanges happen, it’s ok! If you are not 100% happy with your wooden pins from Mnymal. for any reason, you can return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of the pins arriving.
To get a full refund, returns must be unused and in the state, you received them (meaning no wrinkles, already peeled, etc.). Just place the pins in a regular packaging box, put a little stamp on the right-hand corner, your address in the top left, and the following address in the middle:
